Red Lion on the River at Jantzen Beach
We’re doing something a little different for MWC 2012! This year’s meeting will focus on a murder-mystery case study presentation from financial planning expert trainer, Ken Zahn. In addition to solving the “whodunit” we’ll be bringing in experts from various fields to explain the ins and outs regarding business continuation planning, how to avoid estate planning snafus, insurance planning, ethical considerations and dealing with difficult family dynamics. There’s something here for everyone – you won’t want to miss it!
Need Ethics CE?
From 5 - 7:30 pm, Feb 7 we will offer Ethics in Action with speaker Dan Candura, CFP®. Dan is a former member of the CFP Board of Directors and Ethics Task Force. He’s coming all the way from Massachusetts to present this course. Dan shows that ethics training doesn’t have to be dull or boring. Ethics in Action uses animated videos and a game-show theme to keep the audience involved and learning. Teams participate in an informative and engaging session that teaches the six learning objectives required by CFP Board for ethics training in 2012.
