About this presentation:

This presentation will discuss reinvesting in commercial real estate (CRE): the current status of the industry; the increase of online syndication; and the benefits of the online marketplace for CRE. We will also review diversification for investors and the COVID-19 impacts on CRE. There will be plenty of time for Q&A with our speaker -- attendees are also encouraged to submit questions in advance (upon registration).

About our Presenter:

Mr. Steen is a sales, marketing and business development professional. He has over 15 years experience in selling and marketing SaaS products to media, entertainment, retail, and hospitality industries, formulating and managing strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, and new business ventures.

Please pre-register by Tuesday, June 16. Upon registration, participants will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom registration link and other details. To access and participate in the meeting, you must register on Zoom.

  • FPA Member Fee: $10
  • Non-Member Fee: $20

Registration fees includes the presentation and materials as provided by the speaker and Continuing Education (CE) credit.

Continuing Education (CE) Credit: This program has been approved for 1 (one) credit hour of CFP CE and 1 (one) credit hour of Oregon Insurance Division. Participants must prove participation in the full extent of the activity for FPA to file on your behalf. Be sure to provide your appropriate certification numbers for accurate filing. Certificates of Participation for individual record keeping will be provided on a request basis.
Application was made to the Washington State Office of the Insurance Commissioner; they have denied CE credit for this program.
