Ken Jett is a Managing Director with Hines and is a membe r of the firm’s Capital Markets Group. During his 18 year tenure at Hines, he’s acquired & managed over 50 projects across multiple geographies an d asset classes valued at $6.5B. He’s been a key contributor in the managem ent of multiple global Hines sponsored investment vehicles from inception t hrough disposition. Prior to Hines, Ken was a commodity trader with Cargill , Inc. and he holds a B.A. from U.C Davis & an MBA from Rice University .
Jeff Walters is a Regi onal Director with Hines and is in his 10th year at the firm in charge of r aising capital for their retail investment funds on the West Coast. Jeff ha s 21 years of industry experience in this role with various firms, such as with The Hartford Mutual Funds. He has a Business degree from the Universit y of Washington, and holds the CFP ® and CMFC ® designations.
