About this Presentation

In the next decade, women are poised to inherit a sizeable share of the $30 trillion in generational wealth to be passed down from the baby boomer generation. Not only does this present a sizeable opportunity for wealth managers, it also exposes a gap: how are female financial planning and investment professionals poised to succeed in their own careers? Which skills and strategies do they need to develop in order to accommodate the unique needs of female clients?

In this panel discussion, attendees will gain the following insights:

  • Get excited about opportunities and career paths for women entering financial planning and investment management professions
  • Identify how company leaders create an environment that empowers women to succeed in wealth management careers
  • Understand how this generational wealth transfer to women changes the dynamics for client interactions and wealth management strategies

*Something on your mind? Our presenters would love to hear from you! Please consider asking a question in advance so that we can work that into the presentation.
